StoryLine
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End follows the journey of Frieren, an elf mage who had once embarked on perilous adventures with her comrades to vanquish evil. The story takes place decades after their victory when Frieren is forced to confront her own immortality at the funeral of one of her friends.
Once renowned for a decade-long quest, elf mage Frieren's life takes a different path after attending a friend's funeral. She reunites with a group of adventurers, driven by a thirst for magical knowledge. Fifty years later, Frieren returns to a changed capital city and agrees to care for an orphaned child.
